About Us: About the Practice

Dr. Syperek earned his bachelor's degree in biology from Bowling Green State University in Ohio and his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland. After completing his residency in Podiatric Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine at Mt. Sinai East Hospital in Richmond Heights, Ohio, he also completed a podiatric surgical residency and additional foot and ankle reconstructive training in the Orthopaedic Department at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington. Lastly, he finished his training at the world famous Russian Ilizarov Scientific Center for Restorative Traumatology & Orthopaedics in Kurgan Russia. He is an associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. In 2002 following an honorable discharge from the United States Army, where he served as Chief of Podiatry and Orthopaedics at Moncrief Army Hospital in Fort Jackson, South Carolina, he joined Ochsner Clinic to work within a large medical and surgical venue until 2010, he joined the Limb Salvage Institute in Jacksonville Florida. Dr. Syperek is now practicing as a partner at Adler Podiatry and Wound Care. This group practice has served North Florida for almost 40 years. The practice offers Diabetic foot/wound care, conservative and minimal invasive treatments in lower leg swelling, General Podiatry, Sports Medicine, Pediatric foot & ankle solutions, trauma, and same day appointments for urgent care. Dr. Syperek and his partners also gladly take hospital consults, nursing and short stay facilities, including assisted living facilities.
